Alden Snuff Suede Jumpers

You know that you really want a boot when you order it twice… Back when these boots were originally submitted and advertised, they caught my eye and I immediately called Alden Madison and ordered a pair. Apparently a few weeks later, I forgot that I had ordered them and called again when they re-advertised it trying to get on the boot. Fortunately, Alden Madison had a record of my previous order and helped me overt buying them twice. Apparently, sometimes you just know when they are just meant to be.

These Jumper Boots, which is a Perforated Tip Cap Toe Boot on a “chunky” Last such as the Barrie or Trubalance, are made out of Snuff Suede. Snuff is the classic shade of suede, a mid-brown shade that is extremely versatile (and popular). It is an exquisite shade of Suede and pairs nicely with all kinds of attires from casual to slacks/trousers. They feature a nice subtly contrasting “Indy” stitch on the quarters (side) of the boot, providing a nice amount of design interest. These Jumper Boots are made around the Barrie Last, a generous last that has become Alden’s most popular Last. They feature a Flat, 360 degree welt that is paired with Alden’s lovely Antique Edges and has their special Commando sole for an extra level of ruggedness, while still being stylish. These Jumpers are taken to the next level by featuring lovely Brass Hardware and features the convenient Speed Hooks. Making these great daily boots that will take great care of me for years to come.

Overall, these are just fantastic boots and I am very glad to have them in my collection. I know that they are going to be a timeless addition that will take great care of me for years to come!
